Bad experiences here. Horrible business practices and ethics. You can’t get more than a $10 refund (on a $70 order where most of the food had to be thrown away) if you call the next day (so don’t order at closing time) and when we called the same day on a different order, we were still refused a refund. We have been loyal customers and have spent a large amount of money on delivered food, and even tried to give them another chance, but this is no business practice we want to support. The egg rolls are greasy, the broccoli we got was horribly bitter (which when we called about the manager said she knows, and we should just pick them out), the chop suey was almost all bean sprouts and the egg foo yung was drenched in salt. The few good dishes we discovered are not worth chancing more money down the drain if something is wrong and I’m definitely not going to try anything new and throw more money away when it’s inedible and they won’t refund anything. Find somewhere else. We have never encountered such appalling customer service.
Terrible Service & Portions. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! My husband and I have been here several times just the two of us and really enjoyed it, however we took my parents and brother (5 + a toddler) and had terrible service and they served us extremely small portions. We ordered a family style meal, we each got a soup and then they brought the egg rolls and BBQ pork. There was not even enough BBQ pork for each person to have 2 pieces – not to mention there was barely any ketchup/hot must/seed. Then when our food got there… it was the same amount of food that my husband and I have gotten with TWO people (family style). How is that possible! That a family style meal of TWO is the same as FIVE!!!!??? We said something to the waitress and she got the manager. When the manager came to the table, she disregarded our thoughts on the food and told us that it was just fine. We asked that she just bring our check for what we had eaten (soup, egg rolls and BBQ pork) and we would leave. She would not let us leave and forced us to stay and eat the meal (in fear of her calling the police we stayed). Come to find out – the manager got into a fight the night before with another unhappy customer and called the police on him – because his food was burnt! She made him pay for burnt food! The total for our meal came out to 80$ and we probably had $30 worth of food on our table – enough food for two. The entrees were literally enough for us to each have one spoonful of each item (a sampler). Not to mention the breading on their chicken is bitter and left a terrible aftertaste. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this restaurant! We will NOT be going back.
Delicious and Served Quickly!. Just passing through town and asked our older GPS to make a restaurant selection in the area. The first Teriyaki place we tried was horrid and we left before ordering. We did make it to Rose Garden next and relaxed to a delicious meal served very promptly. Great hot and sour soup to start with. Awesome choices for a vegetarian…loved the fresh basil tofu. Meat eater husband really enjoyed his almond chicken. VERY GOOD! I wish the leftovers could have made it back to Idaho.
Delivery took over an hour to get only a few miles. Food was good a little bland. It seemed very healthy though, with little grease.
Don’t get your hopes up. I ordered a ton of stuff, I was so excited to try a Chinese food place that delivered, but it was way overpriced and after all was said and done, we threw the leftovers away b/c we knew we’d never want to eat it! Do NOT recommend!
