The service was terrible…… We were part of a large party. While the service of large groups can suffer, our wait person seemed to go out of her way to be rude. She spilled olive oil, slammed plates and water about, grabbed menus and generally was horrible. The meal itself was excellent but the poor service made the evening a major disappointment. I hope the management has a talk with their staff.

Over priced but ok
Great Martinis. I have only had apps and drinks at Alchemy and everything was so great! The bartender was very nice and made the most amazing bloody mary martini I have ever had! I liked it so much I had to have another one! Wonderful atmosphere, great appetizers, and fabulous drinks!
Fantastic. What a great dinner! The food is wonderful with Mediterranean influences. The specials all looked inventive and I wanted to order each one. I settled on the Inverno Pollo a la Galatea, a fricassee of chicken thighs with Pino Grigio wine, Jerusalem artichokes and capers. It was sublime.My dining companion had the steak special and raved about it and the suggested wine pairing was perfection and new to him. It is reassuring to have a guide when trying new wines.We’ll go back again and again.
Kathy and I really enjoy the brunch, martinis, great environment, food, and owner Laura. If in PT please check it out. If you live in PT like we do, then Galatea Tapas is a treat. Thanks Laura for great memories.
