Today was my last try. This is the third time we’ve attempted to eat here but each time they were just closing. They don’t seem to keep regular hours.

I’m not even a big fan of Thai food, however I really enjoyed the experience. Moreover, my wife enjoys variety at every meal and is considering having us come back for the rest of our lunches/dinners. They also provided just the right amount if service. Amazing bargain for the price point!

Best pad Thai I’ve had in a long time. Good service and the outdoor patio was awesome. Definitely eating here again.

Great food, poor service. We went to this restaurant based on good reviews. We were seated outside on the deck, which was very pleasant, although the chairs aren’t the most comfortable. After 7-8 minutes, a young woman came to take our order. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 glasses of wine and 2 entrees. The waitress seemed a little hesitant but appeared to understand our order. The appetizers came in about 10 minutes and were very good. The spring rolls were crispy, although the filling was a little on the bland side. The butterfly prawns were excellent, with a dipping sauce that was great. My Phad Thai was excellent…chicken that was tasty, just the right amount of peanut sauce and spiced appropriately. I’d like to say that my friend’s chicken curry was also good, but it never appeared. When we asked the waitress about it, she apologized and I thought she was placing the order. I continued to eat my Phad Thai and my friend had some as well. Our wine finally showed up about halfway through the meal, but the 2nd entree never did. At the end, they were very apologetic, but when we got the bill, instead of being charged for 2 glasses of wine, we were charged for 2 bottles. All in all, the whole experience became something to laugh about. I’m not sure how well our waitress understood English. We’ll definitely go back in a month or so and try again, because the food was so good.

YUM!. Locals referred us to Banana Leaf last week. Clean, good service. Fresh and flavorful. Authentic Bangkok style cooking. Go for the Plig King and tangerine prawns, We shared and recommend the mango sticky rice to polish it all off. We even ordered fresh rolls to go to take back to our beach cabin for a midnight snack. DO IT!

My husband and I went to the banana leaf for dinner tonight. The fact that it has a vegan menu is great. It was the best Thai food we have ever had. For dessert I had mango over sweet coconut rice. Amazing!

Can’t go wrong with their lunch specials. Delicious!
