Located in the Port of Port Townsend and surrounded by boats ad industrial warehouses, is this hole in the wall. I mean that in the nicest way, because you need to check out the Blue Moose Cafe if you are in Port Townsend.The price is cheap, and the portions are good. You get good quality food, in a fun setting. Food is hearty, if not a tad on the greasy side. Breakfast and seafood related things are always a popular hit here. Breakfast portions are great, such as the omelettes or classic biscuits and gravy, made with a hearty sauce. The smells will take you right back to home.There isn’t a whole lot of seating, so plan accordingly if you go and it is pouring down rain. Also they only accept cash, which to me is a nice change. Service is pleasant and friendly.Fisherman and port workers come here, and you know it is good if they do. They want the best food, that sticks with you and keeps you full, for the lowest dollar. This place will leave you satisfied and happy. This is a must visit when in Port Townsend.
