I have eaten here with friends in July of 2015. It was good basic family Thai fare with some finesse to rival places in S.F. or Seattle. A good place for a good meal in P.T.
Worst thai food ive ever had. I went there expecting from a fine dining establishment excellence. I got poor food, and terrible customer service! I recommend fast food anyday over this place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go eat there nor will I ever go back!
Avoid. Ingredients in my Green Curry Chicken: frozen mixed corn, carrots, and peas; canned bamboo shoots; canned pineapple; a few small slices of chicken; coconut milk. Not tasty, homemade, or authentic. All three of us thought the portions were skimpy. Definitely not worth the price.
Good food cooked pretty authentically. Traditional decor.
Professor Stephen Hawking eats here. No kidding he does eat here, we saw him. If you want Thai in Port Townsend this is the place to go. Great food, great service, and yes the 5 star is 5 star on hot. 3 Star is the top for most folks. This is a restaurant which has prospered a very long time in a town known for revolving restaurants. They are doing it right.
Nice decor, very authentic. Thai staff perhaps owners and or family. Food so far better than your average Thai restaurant jere in USA. Had Tom Kha Kai chicken soup; mushrooms were sliced well with good amount of chicken and spiced correctly. My pet peeve are the use of cheaper mushrooms which are left to float as prepared in many lesser quality thai restaurants. I could not tell if fresh lemon grass was used because pieces were small, I will return and try some other dishes soon.
Great place for a nice dinner out or having wonderful meal at home with take out. One of the best resturants in port townsend.
