This is one of the few places that the two vegetarians and two carnivores in our family can get terrific food without compromise.I love the kofte. My wife appreciates the vegetarian nachos.The desserts are terrific.In the off-season we often eat in and its a cozy delightful place with responsive staff. In the tourist season, it fills up, but take out is available.
My wife and I had a romantic get away to Port Townsend. We decided on the Owl Sprit because it had the best ratings in the area. This food is amazing! It’s a lot of food, so come hungry, because you will not leave the same. The service can be slow, but this isn’t an instant gratification type of restaurant. There is one person cooking and the only other person working is waiting tables, busing them, taking care of checks, keeping the place clean, and keeping an awesome attitude even though they are stressed to the max! That’s a plus in my book. The service is outstanding and does not buckle under pressure. The inside is small. I think I counted six tables, with the middle one being the biggest (being able to seat six). Parking is very limited and your competing with the bar in the next building, so plan accordingly. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and uniqueness! This place gets two thumbs up from me!
