Overrated. Locals claim this is the best fish & chips in the area. Fish was tasteless and coating burnt and fries were severely underdone. Fries were so limp they were impossible to dip or eat. Coleslaw was bland. Not sure why they serve a large slice of garlic bread with fish & chips, but it was soggy and didn’t help meal. Service was fast and very friendly–the only plus in this otherwise disappointing dining experience. Maybe it depends who is cooking in the kitchen to live up to local claims.
