Inconsistent-Overrated. We have found the food and wine On both sides to be inconsistent. Service is generally quite good. We’ve had excellent lasagna and chicken. We’ve had frozen-tasting meatballs–tasted like they had been frozen, microwaved and thrown Into sauce. Food generally lacks flavor. Loud. Popular. Not a top choice for us.

Wonderful tasting food. I could eat the goat cheese stuffed dates all day. The tenderloin bruschetta is also worth trying. It is a bit on the expensive side if you’ve got a monster appetite, but if you want tapas between meals (as they were originally intended) you can’t go wrong stopping in here.

Yummy. Get the margarita!! The food is wonderful as well.

Great food and Freindly Enviroment. Been through the Paella Bar twice on my trip up in the Kitsap area.this restaurant was a very friendly environment and very good place to spend a relaxing evening with friends. the tapas style food encourages sharing and trying new foods without the risk of ordering a large meal you wouldn’t want.Had Milo at the bar both times we went and he is an awesome bartender/server. knows his way through the menu and behind the bar. Great freshmade lime-aides!if i can recommend and of the dishes, the tenderloin is purely amazing!

Spanish food in Kitsap. Great Spanish/other fusion. Spanish tapas available like tortilla, boquerones – desserts are great and sangria is good. Service always has been great. I love to have this alternative available in the Kitsap Peninsula. Dined at the Paella bar about 5 times now, not tried the bistro yet.

Great food, but it will add up. The tapas are delicious…especially the goat cheese filled dates! Does get expensive if you go here hungry…best to go if you only want a mild or moderate amount of food. Serves the fantastic desserts of the Italian place next door…tiramisu and the bread pudding are to die for!
