I have given this place four tries … in part because this is Poulsbo and there isnt Pho on every block, like in Seattle. The food itself can be good, though I agree with other comments calling out weak broth and seasonings.What will keep me from going is the service it self; each time I have left frustrated and angry. Service is varies between three options, all negative: inattentive, condescending or arrogant. This business needs to learn that the days of the customer who needs to be educated about the cuisine are LONG gone, even in Poulsbo. Prices are high, and they have the crazy notion Id like to provide an extra tip for the kitchen.Im done.
Wow. I’m a repeat customer because I can’t get enough. It’s fresh. It’s tasty. Yum. Just a whiff of the chicken pho will cure you better than any other chicken soup. And as for the lemon grass beef, #23, I’ve addicted 3 generations of my family, in-laws, and friends. Not only are the noodles and sauces and pho good, but the generous quantities of crispy sprouts, basil, lime slices are so fresh.
