A fairly run-down place with good pho. I ordered the beef pho, which was on the sweet side but very good. The server was fairly hard to understand, but quite friendly and easygoing. If a friend had not recommended this, I would not have walked in, given how run down the place looked. But I’m glad I did — would come again for the food.
