Hungry? Hop on the big white bus. A friend and I found ourselves in the Mount Baker neighborhood a couple of weeks ago and I remembered wanting to try Tacos El Asadero. I ordered carnitas tacos and a quesadilla. The carnitas were absolutely as good as people have said: crispy skin, flavorful, moist meat and amazing tortillas. A bit of a wait for the food, but absolutely worth it.
