Fresh Tasty Food!. I’ve had some of my all time favorite Vietnamese meals at Watercress Vietnamese Bistro. They use fresh flavorful ingredients masterfully combined. They have a lovely decor and good service. Enjoy!
Consistently Fabulous. We have enjoyed dinner at Columbia City’s Watercress Vietnamese Bistro four times in recent weeks, and we can’t wait to go back again. The interior is a pleasant surprise considering the less-than-stellar location. The good news is that the location does allow for parking, so it’s convenient!The menu offers an exceptional range of dishes, from appetizers and salads through main courses and Watercress specialties. We have not been disappointed once in our choices: papaya salad with grilled shrimp and mango salad get raves from us every time. Fresh rolls are served with a delightful dipping sauce and are surprisingly filling, so be sure to save room for other dishes! Stir-fried veggies with tofu is an always-favorite, as is the curry tofu. The seafood or veggie crepe/pancakes are delectable. And every dish is tastefully plated. Beer and wine are served and, we’re told, a full-bar offering is coming soon.

I don’t eat meat but friends raved about the chicken wings. I love vermicelli bowls and the tofu bowl didn’t disappoint, just the right mix of noodle tofu and fresh veggies! Service is excellent and the prices are so reasonable!
