Came here for dinner. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. I had the mixed chimichanga with different options. The chips were fresh and warm. The food was good, served on very hot plates.
I ordered the crab enchilada plate. Crab was tough, stringy, gray, and some pieces still had pieces of shell and tendon attached. Enchilada was drowned in sour cream and some unknown green sauce. Chips are thick and crunchy not light and crispy. Salsa is on the sweet side. To top it all off I think I am having an allergic reaction to the meal. Never been allergic to shellfish before, so I am not sure what it is.On the plus side staff were friendly and attentive.
Waste.. Take out – I was anticipating a Chicken Chalupa….what was under the lid was cold unrecognizable …where’s the shell?? it looked like someone’s leftovers – I did not eat it.
I placed an order two minutes later I had my food I could not tell what was what all of the things looked the same one of the owners came out and said that I had no idea what I was talking about guess he doesn’t know me. Well steer clear if you like Mexican this is canned food. Hit the taco truck.
Horrible food!! Food was not fresh, tasted like frozen re heated. What a waste of money. Service not so great either.
Sooo good!. Went with my family tonight and it was just amazing. I got two items with pork in it (tamal and enchilada). I was half expecting the pork to be stringy, but it was far from it! It was extremely tender and flavorful, a sign that it was cooked for a long time low and slow. The chips, btw, are thick and crunchy, not flimsy and greasey like another Mexican restaurant. You gotta come here!
