We went there for an office lunch and were very happy with ambiance, the place was not full but it was crowded . The servers are very helpful and help you throughout the order process and were also very well versed with the menu , they get 5 stars for customizing my order !! I had the Woodblock burger and it was amazing … the side salad was great too and the house made ranch is to die for !! The place is sure worth a try !
I heard some reviews about a good truffle dish at Woodblock so I set aside time to stop by. I tried a truffle Mac and cheese and was slightly disappointed. The mac and cheese was a little dried out perhaps not enough sauce or too much time in the oven? Regardless, the dish was not unpleasant I felt that it lacked the truffleness that I was hoping for. But the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the staff were generally friendly. Food arrived promptly and they had a nice assortment of genuine non alcoholic beverages, which I really appreciate!
We had a wonderful meal at Woodblock in Redmond on Cleveland St. We started off with a wonderful scotch egg that was cooked to perfection. It had a great crispy outside without too much around it. The sauce was good, and is a highly recommended favorite. They only prep so many so don’t be surprised if you get there late and you don’t get one. We then had the cauliflower and it had a nice chutney and curry sauce. Really good and was just a touch of curry which was the right amount. The main meals came and we got the Gnocchi and the Woodblock burger. Both were great and really well made as you can see in the pictures.We didn’t get there in time before the cookies dessert was all gone, but looked amazing. Next time! The bar was good, and mixed some wonderful drinks! Highly recommended!
This is a new restaurant asking Clevemond St in downtown Redmond. We went there at 8 PM, do the place wasn’t full. We had a burger, trout and seabass. The burger was very filling and well prepared. The trout was also very good, and considered a small plate. The seabass tasted very good, but the portion was tiny, as it was considered a large plate – good to try once, I guess.
