Apollo is a cute little restaurant hidden off jadwin. It is my favorite Greek food in the entire tri cities !I always order the greek spaghetti, chicken slouvaki, pita bread, gyros & calzones! they also have an amazing salad dressing & the waiters are really friendly !I ordered a tiny little lunch plate because I wasn’t too hungry so the plates are bigger than this !
Really good food, excellent pita bread. The chicken & rice soup is fantastic, the gyro sandwich was delicious, and the calzones are HUGE. The decor is a little lacking and the music a bit too loud, but I’ll overlook those small issues because the food is worth coming back for.
Bad food at high prices. The only good thing is the gyro. Hard to mess up. Calzone we had to send back (i’ve never sent food back before) because it was not cooked through and super doughy in the middle. Also got a shrimp dish. Way to much sauce and the shrimp was tough. Pita was good. I never write reviews, but I wanted people to know not to go here with high expectations.
