I have been to Bean & Jeni’s Cupcakery many times. I’ve had their cupcakes & cookies & think they are all very good. They also have a deli & the sandwiches are also very good. The dining room & bathrooms are kept nice & clean too. I think it’s a wonderful little family owned business & I recommend it to anyone.
Mixed. I have been in about 4 times over the last few weeks the cupcakes I think are kind of dry and tasteless but the cookies are great they are why I go in They make the most amazing sugar cookies I have ever had! What the other review said about the kids is true I’ve been kind of turned off but seeing them eating food and drinks out of the case maybe the owner does not know what the employees are letting their kids do?

Bad cupcakes. A Bad Cupcake!!!!!! I spent $12.00 on 6 cupcakes and they were horribly the frosting was dry and tasted off like it was in the refrigerator to long the cake part was dry and tasteless I ended up throwing them out! Waste of money also the owners kid was riding her scooter in the store them she keep interrupting when I was trying to place my order. Found the cupcakes and the service totally lacking will not be back and do NOT recommend
Disappointed. Got cupcakes & cookies for work on Thursday, cupcakes were supposedly filled but it was more like jelly on top covered with frosting the cake was dry and stale tasting! The cookies were good but if you are going to call yourself a Cupcakery maybe you should have good cupcakes.
