Bland food. High prices for what you get.
I’ve been here a few times since they opened, and have never been particularly impressed by anything at Bob’s. The service has been average, the food much worse. I’ve always gotten their burgers, and while the ingredients are generally fresh and tasty on them, the buns consistently disintegrate into a messy, disappointing glob halfway through the sandwich. A massive pile of fries/jojos comes with the burgers, which would be great if they weren’t so bland and so-so. The last time I went, my girlfriend’s chicken breast on her chicken burger was bone-dry, tough and chalky, AND her bun fell apart. At first I thought she was being picky…. Boy was I wrong. The sandwich was truely awful, and when you pay 12 bucks or more for that, you just expect more. There is simply no reason to go here when Red Robin is consistently far better.
Their western burger and Cesar salad are delicious. Service is average.

First, Last, & Only Visit. Very disapointed with our experience there yesterday. It was our first and will be our last visit. We asked what was on tap, while sitting in the lounge, the server pointed to the menu said it’s all in there and walked off. Then almost five minutes later took our drink order. 15 minutes later our order was finally taken. It was 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon, it was not busy and several staff were working. Almost 45 minutes later we were told that our order had not been put in, the server forgot. Not once during this time did we get a refill, barely even acknowledged. We were told we would get one meal free, however, at this point we chose to leave due to the poor service. As were were walking out my husband said he would never be back, another server repeated this, laughed, and called him a jerk. I was incredibly unimpressed.
Best food around. Kennewick, the service and food was great. Can’t remember the waiter’s name. He was very accommodating.
