We invited some friends to try this new Hop Jacks. We had eaten at other Hop Jacks in Western Washington, but not this location. None of them had tried any Hop Jacks. Our group had four burgers, two with beef and two with turkey, and one grilled cheese sandwich, and everyone was very happy with their choices. Specifically my wife had the Guacamole Burger with a turkey patty and really liked it. There is no difference in price between getting a beef or turkey patty. I had the Morning Burger with beef and also really liked it. The service was attentive and friendly. Our friends will be back and so will we.

Lunch. To be perfectly this place had excellent service and good food. My reason to say I don’t like it is because there are 15,000 different versions of this same menu in greater Tri-Cities area. That said,. Hop Jacks is far better than TGI, Applebee, Sterlings, and far better than Rock wood fired whatever. Hop Jack is worth a try for sure.
It was okay, a bit spendy for the portion. Fish & Chips not so great. Wonderful service, chilly inside-take a sweater. Don’t think we will go there very often, better food at better prices elsewhere.
Nothing too special. Tried restaurant for our first time and wasnt too impressed. Husband ordered a burger and fries. Grease dripped down from the 1st bite and sour dough bun was drenched in butter. Fries were ordinary seasoned french fries. I ordered the fish tacos which came with tortilla chips and salsa. Fhe fish was fried and gavls were okay. Service was good and wait staff was welcoming. They do try to sell drinks and beer by enriching the details of thier drinks (ie: 34 degree ice cold beer, ice glass martinis) Needless to say, i will not be returning.
Fantastic food (Western Burger is amazing). Fantastic service. I asked how much an extra order of fries were and she brought out a free tray of fries! We will definitely be back!
