    Food good…server was not a happy camper. We decided that she must be the owner’s special friend.Extremely poor service ruined our evening. As mentioned food not served together and waitress made 6 errors and was rude (My wife used stinger words as she described the Soup Nazi).

    We are new to the area and decided to eat at this restaurant on Friday. Service was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Food was good and for the price you get a lot of it. We will go back.

    Also forgot to add we got glared at along with the attitude the whole time. Not just by our server by another lady making food and cleaning tables. We were treated horrible. No way to get business. They also didn’t even have a small cup with lid or kids cup for our friends kid. When they cleared our table the lady said you didn’t eat soup not good enough for you to my friend.. What a joke22 Jul, 2013Ate here today and had horrible service. Told the server we were going to wait to order as my husband was bottle feeding baby and couldn’t look at menu yet. The rest of our party ordered. She came back twice to take order while he still was feeding and couldnt look at menu. My husband went to bathroom to change baby she came over and took my menu while I was looking through it. He had to go ask for menu back. When we knew what to order she was ignoring us. He order general tso chicken and she walked away before I could order. My husband had to say mam we are still ordering three times for her to come back. She was soo rude our whole table won’t be eating there again and didn’t tip. We paid with cash we left bill on table as we were walking out she told the other lady to make sure we paid! We are very nice people and to get treated like that for no reason is awful. As for the sushi rolls they tasted plain and were very small. Chicken was good though. This is the second time we are here. The first time the waitress didn’t refill our drinks or bring us what we ordered. It took forever to get our bill and when we paid the lady asked tip?my husband said no she asked 5 more times before running amount on card. We tip for service not because its required. Today we brought in more business and tried to give it another chance and had a worse experience!

    DISGUSTED!!. The last time my husband & I went there was about a week ago.NEVER AGAIN!!!!Worst service ever!!! We we’re both ignored once the food arrived to our table.The tables around us got attention from the servers.Food was mediocre. So bland, we were both very disappointed.Don’t go to this restaurant. Anywhere else would be more satisfactory!!!

    Worst experience we have ever had in the tri cities. Waited for almost an hour for three sushi rolls and one Chinese dish. Sushi rice was very bad. We ended up taking everything home. Would never send anyone there. Very disappointed.

    Sushi,japanese,chinese. Well i’ve heard good things about their chineses since i’ve been there and only ate sushi and japanese so gonna have to try it next time.the sushi didnt impress me though i did have a roll that was awesome king mountain or something like that think it had tempura lobster yumyum in it. they hook it up with some peas or was it soy beans cant remember. wouldnt recomend the saki they only have the cheap stuff

    Worst, most discourteous service I have ever had at a sushi joint. I will never set foot in that place again after the level of disrespect I received from the server and the manner she chose to deliberately neglect our table. She followed no protocol serving our food. She brought my wife’s entree 35 MINUTES before mine. We got to watch each other eat while the rotten server scowled at us anytime she walked by. I just wanted a nice meal and all I got was attitude and disrespect. NEVER AGAIN!
