In Richland visiting family and needed a good steak. This was the right place to stop. Shrimp, Lobster, Steak was all delicious and cooked as expected.
Sterling’s has been here and has changed its menu over the years. What has not changed is the giant soup and salad bar. This visit we were disappointed that the soup and salad bar is not included in any meals and there is no discounted add-on, you pay $9.99 for one trip or $11.99 as a meal. But the menu is large and has something for everyone, which can make choosing what to eat difficult. One of our group of four had the meal. Another had the Ground Beef Steak. My wife had Angel Hair Pasta with Meat Balls. I was having trouble deciding so I went with a combination, a 7 oz Sirlion Steak and Broiled Chicken Cordon Bleu. The dinners came with soup or salad, the 3 of us with entrees all had salad. The steaks came with potato choices, we both had baked. The baked potatoes came with butter and sour cream, lucky neither of us was looking for more. I was surprised the Chicken Cordon Bleu was on top of a very nice rice pilaf, a choice that would have been nice instead of potatoes. The food was good, cooked right, but nothing stood out. Our service was good.
