My Wife and I had a bad Service and manager just told us if we didn’t like it to basically leave the restaurant. This was about 2 years or so ago. Then I went to the Kennewick sterling’s restaurant and took the whole family and there with my three kids and my wife explained my complaint of the Richland restaurant and the guy told me he refuse to serve me and my family. I only explain how rude the people at the Richland restaurant were meaning the manager and some waitresses that complain that I didn’t leave them a nice tip for bad service : Like cold coffee, putting cheese on my food, wrong order and bad snooty attitude and expected me to leave the a good tip. The last complain the manager came and just basically told me to get the hell out. I am not obligated to leave any tips when bad service in performed but I still leave some just cause I am trying to be courteous. This let me to believe this people are racist cause I am a Hispanic and I didn’t see too many of them there. I think this is the reason why. I haven’t been there since and I loved their bacon and so did my wife so I went there for that. This restaurant would be great with out this manager owners or what ever the hell they were. I recommend the bacon but not their service or their judgment. I hope they loose their license and close their doors for being immorally sound. I hoped your experience was better than mine or my family. Thank you
