Disappointing!. Atmosphere was nice, patio setting very comfortable! Somewhat pretentious though. Service was excellent! Attentive but not intrusive.Mixed drinks were over priced and unremarkable. Draft beer selection minimal. Wine selection adequate, but way overpriced for the selection. $14 a glass for a wine that retails for $14 a bottle.Food was mediocre at best, the Clams Pancetta was practically tasteless and the pasta brought a whole new definition to al dente. Margherita pizza was burnt on the bottom and generally a disappointment. Another guest in my party had the chopped salad and claimed it to be quite good. I am painfully aware of the Tri-Cities shortage of quality restaurants and this is one that we will add to the list of never to return too.
Great atmosphere. Good vino!
Beautiful Views!. My husband and I went here for dinner on our Anniversary last year. The atmosphere was a little mixed but if you sit close to the window in the window in the front section not the back which seems to have a more sports bar feel you get to look over an amazing courtyard and winery. The prices were up there so my husband and I decided to just Tapas it. We purchased several starter courses and shared. We loved the clams and chorizo soooo much. My husband liked their Carpaccio with blue cheese crumble I thought it was Ok because the blue cheese overpowered the taste of the meat ( a little too much crumble for my likes). We also shared lamb and beef meatballs with a tomato basil sauce and a shrimp bruschetta. When we left we were full and happy. Yes we paid more then we normally would but the over all experience was nice.
When I pay $27 for salmon, which was good, and $12 for a glass if wine- I like to enjoy conversation without the LARGE TV screens at every angle of my peripheral vision. Is this a winery, a fine dining restaurant or a sports bar?! Yikes.
Glass lacks class. They served me wine in a beer glass and when I asked for a real wine glass they said I couldn’t have one because I was on the patio. They are control freaks about where you sit too. I never went back and I will never go there again. Uh, this is a winery, correct? Why no wine glass? Don’t get itUPDATE: Went back, they changed the glass after getting many complaints, I guess. It’s a beautiful setting on the patio to relax and enjoy the place.
