If there was a ZERO rating, that would be here. This place is a joke. I can’t wait for the new sub shop up the street to open. I have been let down many times by my order. I now call the manager, on duty, which was T.J. I asked him to make sure my sandwich was right. All it needed was extra onions. He not only chose NOT to make sure it was made right, but didn’t even check to make sure it was made wrong. He said his boss’ name was Mike. I called him to complain, but Chris answered, as the manager of the night. He said the T. J. was his boss and Mike was ill. What a joke. I still gave the driver a $3.00 tip on an $8.00 sandwich that was, once again, not only made wrong, but very sloppy and poorly. A lot of us here can’t wait for our new sub shop. So sad. Bye, bye Jimmy Johns.
