This is a typical Denny’s which is good for a late night bite and great milkshakes. Don’t expect anything special in terms of great cuisine or service. However, being a 24 hour diner does provide it’s own form of entertainment value as you’ll see all types of lifeforms coming here to eat when everything else is closed. Reasonably priced and food isn’t so bad. Nachos seem to use liquid cheese though. If you want something a bit higher scale in terms of food quality for a 24 hr place, go to Thirteen Coins up the road but expect to pay a bit more there. This Denny’s was conveniently located right beside our hotel so easy walking.
It was Denny’s. I was in the area on business for a week and needed a quick place to stop and eat. I ate breakfast here three times that week. I ordered oatmeal, turkey bacon, egg whites, sausage, and coffee. Food came out quickly and was edible. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t amazing, it was Denny’s. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Old boring decor, but service is fast – plenty of time to make morning flight. Food hot and properly done. Fruit was fresh and not soggy, which happens when cut up early and sits. Friendly, cheerful service and ample parking.
So much food even we fat Americans can’t finish it so it’s wasted and thrown out. Every table around me liked the same. Eggs were smothered in too much cheese. Bacon overdone, pankakes taste bad and adding to insult is the size of them. Hashbrown dripping in grease. French toast was great and the Oreo sunday was excelent along with the service. Canadian Denny seem to do a much better job with cooking where Denny’s US have succeeded in making IHop look good. Bla
