Sushi was good. Got two veggie rolls, seatle roll and soy beans.
They were open for breakfast on April 2, 2013 . I stood in line waiting to order my biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs but wanted to substitute a fried egg instead . The guy in front of me ordered just chicken with rice but the cashier suggested for a dollar more he can have a fried egg with it which he did and gave his food to the kitchen to add the fried egg . When it my turn , I asked for the biscuit and gravy but can I have a fried egg instead of scrambled . He tells me that they only have scrambled eggs and walked away . It is written on the menu for a dollar more on dishes that didn’t come with eggs you can have a FRIED egg not scrambled . I’m sure if you asked to have it scrambled they would have hopefully given it to you since it’s already made on the steam table . This cashier not only insulted my intelligence and walking away . I did not order anything out of anger . He lost a $5.49 sale just because of shortsightedness . That fried egg probably cost cents versus the profit the store would have made . Do the math ! Most importantly he lost my business not only from this store but all the maki of Japan I frequented all over the USA in my travels . Also word of mouth and the Internet does not help their business . FYI – I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30years so I have a lot of expertise in this matter and saddens me when places like this looses focus .
Yuck. Chicken was flavorless fat. Worst fast food I’ve ever had.
