  This chain is known for their variety of veg and non-veg Punjabi favorites for catering and special events. This particular location serves as a grand hall with catering, which we had from Pabla. The space itself was large enough for a good crowd and beautifully decorated. The snack bar was filled with all sorts of pakoras and fried snacks, which were delicious. The halwa and fruit bar were also delicious (the latter being at dinner). Though the dinner was served late, it was served for the rest of the evening (and kept hot). The dal makhani was perfectly seasoned and was one of my favorites, the naan was fresh, the paneer makhani was pretty decent, the mixed sabzi was good. Overall, I was pretty happy with the food, which had a large vegetarian selection. We wish there had been more of a selection for sweets though.

  Excellent India Food & More. We found Pabla’s on Southcenter Parkway because of our Diner Book and WOW is it good. We had the sampler platter (huge) and a few other food items I can’t remember the name of. It was extremely clean, with soft calming music and happy staff. Service was great and the food excellent. We will go back soon. It’s a little hard to find so turn on your GPS to be sure you know when you’ve arrived. Very reasonable for the amount of food you get. They also have a buffet but we haven’t tried that yet.

  The chicken tikka is the best I’ve ever had…very moist, buried under onions, green peppers and sauce!
