We have eaten at many Bob’s locations, including this one before. This location is a bit above average for the chain, always good and friendly. This day we both had burgers and they were both good.
Good burger. Jalepeno popper burger for the summer – a little messy to eat and served without a knife but otherwise very good tasting! Service was mediocre. Waiter was nice but not overly friendly or very happy to be working.
We’ve been to Seattle’s Premium Outlet many times, and the bus ride to the outlet mall passes Bob’s Burger. This time, we rang the bell to the bus and luckily the bus stop was only metres away from Bob’s.We got there just before 11 am, so it wasn’t too busy. We were seated right away, and our waitress was very attentive. I ordered the Double Dutch Burger – food service was decent, it was abit of a wait but nothing to complain about.Food arrived hot, and I found the burger to be really loaded with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. As indicated on the menu, it was a hot dog with cut slits that adorned the the top of the burger.I decided on fries for the side, but I should have tried Jo Jos (potato wedges). The fries were definitely frozen as it was too uniform in size.I really enjoyed the burger, it was slightly dry but good nonetheless. It was messy to eat as the burger fell apart (a good sign !).I would have given Bob’s a 4.0, but my fork as a fine layer of grease on it (looks like they didn’t change the water in the dishwasher). The food and service was good, if we’re ever in the area we will stop by again.
This place is ok. But not good. It’s like a slightly lesser version of red robin. My daughters soup was clearly made from the fsa cream soup base and it was clam chowder. It wasn’t disgusting but Ivars has better. The fries were tepid and not crisp at all with little to no seasoning. The Burger was very pink inside which I personally don’t mind but I’m sure many do. The mushrooms for my burger were very unevenly cooked – some were basically steamed and some were sauted as expected. My daughter lettuce wrapped chicken burger was poorly wrapped making it impossible to eat as a wrap. The server was kind and attentive which was nice. But that was really the only thing we wnjoed. None of it made us grossed out of sick but we certainly wouldn’t choose to come back.
Just another chain. Seems that the only thing they have going for them here is the location. After several visits for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon we were not at all impressed with anything they have to offer. The service is mediocre, the food is marginal and the place is generally dirty. Dirty seats, dirty tables and dirty menus.
Usually sit at the bar and have always had great food and service. This morning we went to brunch which was delish! Freshly made omeletes made to order grey serivce!
The service was fine and we didn’t wait long for a table, but the food and the prices were disappointing. I’d make the drive a few miles north to Red Robin next time.
