I did not care for this food at all, it was very salty, the eggflower soup was smokey tasting and the swimming Rama was sub par. He did not ask either of us if we wanted to add spice. He also did not ask if the 2.5 year old with us wanted food, an extra plate or even water. He did not check to see how the food was. Overall I was underwhelmed and will not be back.
Outstanding!. Chiangmai is our favorite neighborhood Thai place! We come here at least once a month. I’d recommend a favorite dish, but honestly … if you order something you think you’ll like, you’ll probably like it. We always start with the cucumber salad, but our dinner choices tend to range across the menu. Excellent food at reasonable prices, and never a disappointment!
Don’t go the this restaurant. This restaurant DOES NOT HONOR its contract with RESTAURANT.COM. We tried to use a gift certificate and they refused to honor the terms of the certificate that states $25 gift certificate with a min purchase of $35. It also states that the gift cerftifcate does not expire. When we tried to use they said we had to purchase a min of $50. We left since they didn’t honor our certificate and wanted to warn others of the poor business practices.
Dishonest owner. I’ve never dined here and would never do since the owner is dishonest. I purchased a restaurant.com voucher for this restaurant in May 2010 and restaurant.com’s coupon don’t expire. The voucher worth $25 and the fine prints says minimum purchase is $35. Even when I just went on Restaurant.com to check that voucher again, the fine prints still says the same thing. But when I got there in late March 2011, the owner said that the minimum purchase amount has been changed to $50 since 2011. In fact, it’s ok if that is changed if he tells me that in a nicer way. I just think that for the business owners who wants to market their businesses using the marketing tools available now, should honor what they’ve promised. If they can’t do that, they shouldn’t have used those tools and take advantage to advertise their businesses.
Wonderful. My wife and I ate here for my birthday dinner and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent! We have eaten here several times in the past and it is always top notch!
Taste good be careful with the Paad Thi several choices might end up with a plate of mostly noodles
Pretty good Thai food here – and so much better than Thai Rama 3 nearby.
