Very good chicken but pretty horrible service. From time to time I am willing to brave walking into their store in order to get some of that great chicken but they are slow, regularly make mistakes and are fairly unapologetic about it. One thing I have noticed is that this location isn’t necessarily worse than any of the others. Their company is structured in a way that just leaves you feeling meh after giving them your money.
Cold Chicken ,Nasty Sides. My wife me live close too Ezell’s. So we deceided to have some of their so called Famous Chicken. It was one ofThe biggest disappointments we’ve ever experienced. I had a chicken breast and a leg. The breast was cut inHalf and the size was extermely small. My wife ordered one chicken leg which looked like it came from a sparrow. But we both ordered the same sides ,potatoes mashed,baked beans. Not only were side ice coldPotatoes ,Lumpy just discussing. The price for this garbage was $18.00 and change. We would never return And hope the managment can make sure this is changed . Not to mention the chicken was preheated. So we’re back to KFC.25 Apr, 2015Cold Chicken ,Nasty Sides.
