  Customer Service. I have been a customer of good guys pizza since I have lived in Washington (2 years). Recently I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza was never delivered. The owner called me to complain and told me the pizza was waiting for me. Needless to say the pizza was old and cold so I had no interest in receiving the pizza so I went elsewhere. I then complained to the owner (via email) and gave them a negative review on yelp!. The ownver offered me $20 credit so I thought hey! why not, might as well give them another shot. Well i went to give them said shot tonight, and was informed I was on a no serve list. After emailing the owner I was informed this was due to my negative review, and he would give me a credit when I gave him a positive review. I dont care that much about you credit Kamy, I care about customer service. You should learn how to treat customers if you want people to continue passing up all of the pizza joints around here. Also, I wanted to share the exact email I received from the owner, so you can see for yourself the horrible service.My offer was genuine and good until I saw your review on Yelp, you couldn’t wait a day or Two to give me a chance to make it up to you and wanted to let everybody know how bad we are and now you want to support me! Domino’s and places like Pizza Hut are not my competition because they’re garbage, nobody cares about a business as much as a hands on Owner, I work 7 days a week at my business to make sure my customers are happy. I have customers who have spent over 10 thousand Dollars with me during last 6 years and I know you like my food because of how many times you ordered! I called Yelp yesterday and opened an account so I could respond to reviews ( I take my reputation very seriously) I came home early tonight to send a response to your review and post it Tomorrow! Our relationship could be restored and I would love to serve you (with $20 credit) if you go ahead and send another review saying good things about us (how ever you want to word it) and that you’re a customer again. By the way, I had a mandatory meeting with my crew early Friday morning and made it a policy that any order waiting in store for over 20 minutes needs to be checked by shift Manager as to why is it still there? As hard as we try we are not perfect and mistakes sometimes happen, but it’s important as how we respond!Good luck ordering here, I would avoid it, call dominos, or garlic joes, or lombardos pizza where they know how to make a pizza and treat their customers. I am still floored with the owners arrogance and lack of service.

  I Was Ready to Bury…. Hotel stay delivery review. Asked the front desk who’d pizza deliver to the location without being a familiar national chain (fill in the blank). This was one of two names that came up. They had a nice family dinner special, so we went for it. Seriously, I thought I was delivered food from a concession stand, but when my little gals went into complete silence mow-fest mode, I waited for the leftovers. I got some. And it was surprisingly good. Generous sized wings, and a decent, thin chewy-crust pork fat meat wheel was exactly what daddy was lookin’ for after a brief day of travel and a cocktail(s) after arrival. Translation: If you order here—you’ll be fine…
