This is the 3rd time in 2 months that my order at drive thru was wrong. 1st time no hashbrowns for 2 full meal breakfast, next quarterpounder-no cheese… had cheese; this last one sausage egg biscuit – they decided to put cheese on it. The big problem- each time i show receipt, tell them i had to drive back from home to return & each time they say – here. No apology. There is a training problem & reading problem. Manager, if there is one, needs training in customer service. They had control to avoid this review.
