Decent Pho. I tried this Than Brothers (in Edmonds) after having eaten at the locations in Redmond, Capitol Hill, and West Seattle. At those other locations I’ve found the Pho to be bland and tasteless. The Edmonds location was better. Maybe they’re all inconsistent from day to day. Or maybe not all Than Brothers are created equal. This Pho was not the best around, but definitely respectable.
Its all about the Cream Puff. When you want cheap eats Pho is the way to go and Than Brothers gives you desert as well. I love the cream puff and the soup is great too.
