Better off bringing your own lunch. Located in the Seattle Premium Outlet food court, my companion and I decided to share a chicken ceasar salad. The salad as a whole was not very memorable. The dressing and croutons were pre packaged (for goodness sake, whip something up home made rather than buying little packets). The cheese was good, I wasn’t sure if it was parmesan or gorgonzola (I’m betting gorgonzola), however it is hard to screw up cheese unless you buy the really cheap stuff. Out of the entire salad, the chicken was enjoyable. It had char marks from the grille, and it wasn’t dry. Unfortunately, everything else was below mediocre. At least the romaine was fresh. Pass on Ranch 1.

Suprisingly good chicken fingers. I can’t believe I am writing a review for a fast food joint located in the Seattle Premium Outlet food court but I have to say that Ranch 1 has the best chicken fingers! LOL…They claim that they have the best grilled chicken especially their Ranch Classic meal ($8.99) which is a grilled chicken sandwich that my mom really enjoyed. Though the fries could have used another fry to make them crispier. The chicken fingers ($6.99) were lightly battered, not too greasy and is actually real white meat and not processed. The meat was juicy and flavourful though I would pass on the honey mustard sauce as that just tasted gross. Ketchup was fine by me.Overall, surprisingly good quick lunch at the mall!
Never Again. We ordered from this place 7-4-11, and it was the worst food that I have eaten in a long time. Gross. Ordered the chicken fajitia, and all I got was a cheese fajitia. Daughter ordered popcorn chicken, and she just got the breading, and husband ordered the philly chicken sandwhich, and it was ice cold in the middle. Trying to complain was like talking to a wall. We will never eat there again no matter what. Dont do it. Gross
