Ingredients in the veggie and shroom scrambles were fresh and healthy, though a bit tasteless without salt. French toast good but nothing special, though the clarified butter was great. Great atmosphere, very casual. A bit pricey but my mom and I were satisfied. Don’t go if you’re expecting a gem.
Don’t waste your time. We went there for breakfast, which may not be their speciality. The food was lacking flavor and jazz, everything was simple and boring. I’m not one to criticize the classics, but my fianc could make better food (and he can barely boil water).
This place is a gem that is not too hidden! Nummy breakfast served all day, eclectic decor, and a friendly owner make this place a must try. It’s also great for the diner on a time crunch since the food comes out lightening fast! They also serve tasty Dillanos coffee and house made soups. I will definitely be back!
Good – Pricey Though. The food was good. The bill for 3 people was $40.00. That seemed a little high considering we had one breakfast and 2 sandwiches. Besides the chocolate chip cookie wasn’t all that freash
Our family recently celebrated a Sunday morning birthday brunch at this location….it was the best experience!….the owner/host/server (who is a character of the first order but very helpful and accommodating) helped make this family meal extraordinarily entertaining, but the real stars of this quaint, cozy, reasonably priced eating spot are its menu (strong points on breakfast and sandwich items) and the quality of its food. Highly Recommended!
Friendly guy at the register. World Famous oatmeal was acceptable but nothing special. French toast was made from generic sliced white bread without any special flavoring (cinnamon, nutmeg). Hash browns were store bought patties. Bacon was good. Disappointing.
