Pretty good for breakfast. Huge bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit. very nice. Drinks at bar last night were reasonable, too. One small complaint, had coffee and bartender never offered to refill or warm it up.
The bartender suggested a great table for one with a view. My meal was perfect I had the Chicken dish and a glass of the Syrah. Great service. I’d visit again 🙂

Definitely would recommend! A fun / creative menu with a modern atmosphere. I ate at The Bite 4 or 5 times while in Tacoma on business. Each time I has great service. Go check them out!! I believe they rotate thier menu so there is always something new to try. Worth the visit and great food at very reasonable prices!!!
I ordered the filet- it’s what the waiter recommended. Overdone, and horrible sauce I’ve ever taste. Shouldve gone to el gaucho’s…this place reminded me of the aura of the hotel as well.
