It took forever to order and receive our food. It was not hot. They didnt look to be busy so, I dont know?The kicker was that the burger I received was sub par, very disappointed as the pictures look so good. 3 stars is a stretch. I wont visit again.
Asked for no tomato, no pickle no relish on a burger and they managed to rake off the relish and tomatoes but managed to still leave the pickle. No onion on the burger either. Burger was also really sloppy
Will not be back. Just had a horrible experience with take-out at the Blazin Onion in Tacoma next to the mall. When I walk in no one was up front to take my order because theres a Seahawks preseason game, yes preseason, A GAME THAT DOESNT EVEN MATTER and all the employees are watching. After waiting a few minutes I call the restaurant to get someone to come to the front counter. Once they finally do take my order, I pay (w/ tip)and they tell me about ten minutes, so I walk the mall for about twenty minutes and come back. When I arrive I tell the gentleman behind the counter, Im here to pickup a to-go order. He turns and goes into the kitchen only to emerge with a cake for another customer and walks out without acknowledging me. When I ask another employee she searches for the receipt, only to find it and hand it to the kitchen to make the food. She then precedes to ask me if Id like to talk to a manager since it had been twenty minutes and they hadnt even began to cook my meals, I said yes. When the manager arrives I tell him I ordered twenty minutes ago and my food wasnt ready, so he lies to me and tells me they were waiting on fries. I say, No I just saw her dig up my receipt and hand it to the kitchen, my food wasnt even being cooked. He then says hell toss in a slice of cake to make up for it. No discount… a free dessert. When I get my food, I tell the manager that I wont be back, he shrugs and walks away, he didnt even care. Needless to say I wont be back.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. We had six different people visit our table. The order was wrong, the French fries on all the burger orders were lukewarm and the staff seemed incompetent. It went downhill after we ordered Onion Petals and they were served overcooked…almost burnt. But there were no serving plates, napkins or refreshing of our waters. I ended up having to find someone to get some help. WTF? For such a large restaurant you would think there would be better control on the service, food, delivery, and portions!
New favorite place to eat. First time to blazin onion was an amazing experience my boyfriend and I both had the lamb burger with all the stuff that comes on the wild boar burger and a side of onion rings. I’m a chef at a casino and this was best experiences at a restaurant in a long time and the customer service is amazing
