Drinks are over priced. Service is horrible. Food takes forever. Given this place a few chances and every time I’m let down. Oh yeah and they charge $.60 for a small cup of ranch/blue cheese.

Really?. For a place that features their main product in their title, you would think that they want to make and serve you the best wing you have ever had in your life, or at least a decent one. Unfortunately they have chosen to do the exact opposite.I was shocked, having never been to a BWW before, that they use pre-cooked frozen wings!?!?!?! WTF???What is so difficult about wings??? I have made a few thousand in my life and its not like making Duck Confit or trying to make the perfect Mol, its just WINGS! You get fresh wings from a local supplier (like Foster Farms maybe?), you coat them, you fry them, you toss them in a sauce, and you serve them. Why cant they just do that??? But wait, I suddenly remembered, this is a corporation run by bean counters and not real chefs! SNAP! So of course its all about maximum profit and screw the customer because they will all be so drunk that they wont care anyway! Well, some of us do care and we wont be going back! BTW… the wings arent the only thing on the menu that is pre-cooked & frozen. Everything is the same as far as that goes. So if you like that sort of thing you could save a lot of money by getting some Banquet frozen wings, some frozen cheese sticks and some frozen potato wedges / slices and just having them at home. The same chef Mike will cook them either way! (chef Mike = Microwave) And the quality will be as good or better!Oh yeah, the service was also terrible and SLOW!
