Message to guests: just go elsewhere. This -ithole is not worth you.Message to owners: do not hire imbeciles. The IQ of a squirrel + greed + no integrity = bad really bad customers experience.Imagine your significant other having a birthday. And you want to treat her with a dinner at the restaurant of her choice. She picks this place for location and view. You go there a month ahead of the birthday date and book a table, in person, not via phone or online, in person, pointing to the exact table you are booking. They write it down in their notebook and off you go. Then, about two weeks before the date, just in case, you stop there again to check on your booking, again in person, again making sure that we are talking about that one specific table. Everything seems to be wright and recorded in their notebook, with the table #, day and time. Then you arrive at the date and time with your significant other for her birthday dinner and what you see in the empty restaurant with the only table taken, and that table is the one you had booked a month before that??? She gives you a bs story about people seating at that table since lunch time and blahblah. For those who hasnt been there, and I hope never will be, just trust me here that table is somewhat special. Thats why I was booking it for the special occasion. And that is also why the other people were seating there when all other tables were available. So what do you do? Take another table and shut up. Sure. Ive decided to ask the people at that table when did they get there, just for fun. And guess what, they got there 30 min before us. They were not seating there since lunch time and all that bs she gave me. When I asked if they knew that the table was booked, they said Yup, but the manager said he can move the people who booked it for $20 cash. Here we go. Owners, are you reading this? This was my first and the last time at your ithole. And I will make everything in my power to spread the word everywhere I can. Thanks a lot for the ruined birthday. Say hi to the awesome crew who kills your business.
