Not that Great!. In short we never got what we asked for. The food quality was not that great. And there was a lack of attention to service to the patrons that were there. Someone had stated in their prior review that more variety of items would come out as more people came in. My feeling is if you don’t offer those different varieties nobody will come in. All in all the experience was very poor service poor quality of food and would not recommend this restaurant to be eaten at during dim sum service. Does not compare to dim sum in Seattle and certainly does not compare to dim sum in Vancouver BC.21 Feb, 2015Not That Good. I think in prior reviews people were too hungry to notice the service was pretty bad. Went in shortly after noon time to having only about 4 tables full of people. Only one food cart being available one person serving food off of that card. The food that was on the card was very hot and ready to serve did not have certain items. We were told the shumei would be five minutes away. Waited 15 or more minutes to have cart to come around again and asked for the Shumei again and again the hostess said 5 minutes more so in total e we’re at 25 minutes waiting for my to come from the kitchen.
A very bad experience. We came in around 9:15 P.M.; there were only two other diners. We were ignored by the waitress, who got our order wrong, and had to resubmit it. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. The food itself was mediocre. The soup, which was supposedly hot and spicy, was rather bland, and the chow fun was flavorless. To give credit where due, all the ingredients, both in the seafood soup and the pork chow fun, were fresh. Still, waiting 45 minutes for undistinguished food when we pretty hungry was a real downer.
They have Dim Sum on weekends so we wanted to try it out! We were very happy with the quality. The staff was very attentive. The food comes to you fresh and you can ask for items not on menu. Now we don’t gave to drive to Seattle. This is not fast food so enjoy and savor the experience.
My family and I went to this new restaurant off hosmer I drove by the other night. Very impressed with the food chicken wings were finger lickin good and the steak came out literally sizzling perfectly cooked needed no sauce. The outside doesnt do it much justice we will be back I would suggest this place.
