Orderd the pho with brisket, tripe, rare beef, and tendon. Also added a couple spring rolls to my meal. The spring rolls and peanut sauce was okay. They weren’t bad but nothing special. As for the pho the broth was very bland and didn’t have any flavor. I added the typical toppings jalapeos, Thai basil, saracha, hoisin, and bean sprouts. Still didn’t help with the weak broth. I ate the noodles and meat and left the rest. ( I love pho and will usually clean the bowl noodles, broth, everything.) I left disappointed, my pho craving had not been met. I would not come back to this restaurant and will try somewhere else. On a side note the the place was clean and customer service was good.
Picky eatter. Very good authentic pho. The spring rolls and peanut sauce were also great. I have spent a lot of time in Vietnam, and this food is just as tasty. The service was very personal and friendly. My visit was during the mid afternoon, so the place was slow. I can’t speak for other people but this is a place that I strongly recommend.
Mediocre at best. Completely confused by how they received high marks. The servers seemed to be confused about what special promos they were having, lack luster of an interior, closing half the restaurant at 11 when the sign reads open until four? I’m completely embarrassed still for having to sit at the table without my entree as my friends were eating. Sure they offered to enter my order as they were half through with their meals, but it was not worth the extra wait. Their pho broth was lacking the herbal notes of star anise and cardamom, it was a bland beef broth at best. I will NOT be referring this establishment to anyone. Other than asking if I wanted my meal, they did not offer anything else to rectify their mistake and I found their apology light. Pros? At least their appetizers come out before they completely forget about the rest of your order. Cons? Their pho broth was subpar, unorganized, lack of service, strongly feel that carrying out more than one task with maybe five tables between two servers is difficult for their staff..
Excellent very fresh Vietnamese food. Five stars.
