  Have been wanting to try this resturant out for a while now. WeDrove across town on a Sunday night after calling to see what time they were open until, I was told 8pm. Arrived at 7:25 and the resturant had about 6-8 tables but was greeted by the hostess only to tell me they were closed. Business hours on the door said they were open until 8. Don’t come here if you’re hungry and want to eat. Apparently they close when they feel like. Won’t go back and I’ll be sure to pass it on

  Everyone is from Seattle?. This is our favorite go to place in Tacoma (where we actually live, unlike apparently anyone else who reviewed the place). Always reliable, always busy (a review in itself), reasonably priced and the food is great. It even impressed my hard to impress, from out of town nephew. Having read the other reviews, let me say this…This isn’t Denny’s, Shari’s or Applebee’s. There are no booths. There are tables and chairs, a little closer together than I would prefer, but worth it. If your child is having a bad day, is ‘energetic’, or very young, please go somewhere more accommodating to children. There is no room between tables for them to play. If they start flinging things, they WILL hit someone. If they are screaming and crying they will ruin the meal for everyone else in the place as it’s not large. Thanks, we appreciate it. (and seriously? Registering just to leave one crappy review? So anal sphincter-ish.)

  Disgusting food with a bad attitude! If you want fake Italian food you’ll get better and cheaper at olive garden and that’s just pathetic.

  My favorite Tacoma restaurant, honestly. It’s where I go for my birthday or whenever I want to have a nice dinner without breaking the bank. I especially love their bleu cheese dressing and the pork entree.

  HORRIBLE!! WILL NEVER RETURN!. Horrible food. I ordered there version of an alfredo-type pasta. It tasted like expired chicken and the sauce was the worst I have ever tasted, My boyfriend enjoyed his food but tasted mine and told me not to eat it. HORRIBLE! and spendy too.

  Went for lunch and Terry were two other tables, one waitress and one cook. The waitress was chatting and told us to seat ourselves. It was several minutes before we were given menus, and several minutes more until we got our waters. All the other tables were served a bread basket with their waters, we were not nor were we offered one. We ordered the stuffed mushroom and zucchini to start. The stuffing was bland and mushy and the vegetables were barely cooked. It was covered in some sort of cream sauce to hide these flaws. Our starter Salads, which we were told would be a Mixed green salad, were just huge chunksbof romaine with raw mushrooms, sliced carrot and those crispy Chinese noodles (the restaurant doesnt have pesto on the menu but they have chinese noodles??). My eggplant Parmesan had the texture of chicken and no flavor. It was served on linguine, heavily breaded with a mushy dark something, covered in a sickly sweet marinara and melted cheese. I sent both my appetizer and my entree back, which they were very curteous about. I left hungry and disgusted. Not once did our waitress come to check on us, our salads sat at the window for a full five minutes, and there were five other people. Horrible service, inedible food. Will not be going back–ever.
