I would give ZERO stars if I could.My boyfriend and I went here to get lunch and some drinks, the waitress in the bar was immediately rude, didnt even greet us just asked for our IDs straight away (we are young, but legal). So she looked at my boyfriends ID which says military for the expiration date, so she asks for his military ID and since his ID just expired (he got out in March) she said it wasnt valid and she couldnt seat us in the bar or serve him alcohol. He has NEVER been asked for his military ID before. Military gets 6 months after they get their DD-214 to get a new ID before their current one expires, so that was a load of crap. We objected because we knew that was not a legit law, so the waitress went to get her manager.Then the manager also told us the ID was technically expired because his military ID was expired, and she claimed they can lose their liquor license if they serve him. So when I asked her why he has been able to get drinks here and sit in the bar here many times before, and why he is able to get in bar/club, and why he is able to buy alcohol at the store, she got frazzled and lied to us and said they just gave us a class and updated us on the new law. COMPLETE BS!!! If that was a new law we wouldnt be able to get into the bar the night before right?? Pretty sure a bar cares a lot more about their liquor license than Red Robin so they would have enforced that new law.We left there and went to the Red Robin in Puyallup instead, sat in the bar, and enjoyed our drinks and lunch! They had no problem with his ID at that location, if that new law was a legit thing dont you think it would be enforced company wide? So if you are a recent veteran, and would like a drink with your lunch or to sit in the bar, DO NOT come to this Red Robin. They are full of crap and have NO respect for our Veterans. Super disappointing.

They brought me two dif meals because the first was totally wrong and gross and so they brought me something dif and it was no better and I ended up going home sick. I will just chaulk this up to a bad cook I guess since the manager did make it right.
Whp doesn’t love Red Robin !!. This has been and continues to be one of my favorite American restaurants. It is very family oriented, but even college kids go there for eating !! The prices arexgreat for what you pay, and the menu seems endless !! There are so many choices, and I always order a milkshake no matter if it may or may not go well with what I order. It is one of my favorite places to eat !
Guilty Pleasure. While I take pride in avoiding large chain restaurants like Applebee’s, The Outback and Olive Garden because of the low quality of the meat and the tendancy to over-salt everything to cover up the not-so-flavorful foods, I will stop in the middle of an intersection, put on my hazards, and leave my car to get a burger at Red Robin if the smell wafts into my car. Alongside The Harmon, Red Robin makes the best burgers, hands down.
