I love their service, and of course their coffee. But, it is disappointing after Almost 6 years of coming here, and avg of 3-4 days a week, they can remember the person’s drink usually behind me that orders a 30 letter drink, but cannot remember I always order a Venti Drip.15 Mar, 2009I have gone here most days of the week, and they are pleasant. My only complaint, you would think they would remember all I ever order is a cup of coffee…and ago asking! Sheeesh. I can almost tell you who works which shift on what days.
