Dont think we will return. My first time at this place along with friends who have been there a lot over the years. We asked to sample a wine before ordering to which the waitress said we could not as the bottle wasnt opened, so we ordered anyway. She returned with one glass and expected us to share it instead of a sample…appalling!! The first wine we selected was out of stock, the one we did order was out when we drained it…A bunch of food items on the menu were out, incorrect number of plates, utensils were brought out, she also failed to bring out our water until asked a second time. The food we did get was ok, but having such a lack of menu items available (on a Friday, the weekends have to be their busiest times Im sure!) is not really good enough to have me return, and thats without factoring in the poor service. Is this place under new management? Our whole group was quite disappointed.
Wow! Service was Incredible! All the complaints about service, and it was great. She suggested wonderful meals. The fried pickles were great, the small nachos was huge, and the stuffed burger was amazing. Don’t let the reviews keep you from here, as it almost did us, we are coming back!
We waited over an hour for our drink order and food. We ended up leaving bc it took much too long. Ridiculous. Poor service times!
I’ve given this place several changes and each time the service had been poor. Sorry number one thing to me is service, without that you have nothing.
Good food, great drinks, amazing prices!. The people at The Loose Wheel are very friendly, and quick on the service. The owners hang out there quite a bit, and they are really welcoming people as well.The food at TLW is great and the portions are huge!I got a Taco Salad and I couldn’t even come close to finishing it (I’ve won some of the eat it all and it’s free deals).They have a burger here that if you eat it all you get it for free. The burger + jo-jos must weight at least 7 pounds, and if you do it in 25 minutes or less you get it free (two have won it). Tacos are .75 cents on Thursdays, and they have other great deals as well. If you join their fan club you get a free birthday dinner/lunch as well.The drinks are poured well and heavy. The beers are very inexpensive and they have great selection.The ladies that hang out their are also very nice and friendly, and very attractive. With 21 HD TVs, 2 pool tables, jukebox, foosball, pinball, arcade games, air hockey and pull-tabs you will be entertained each time you return to this new, happening spot.I’m sure this spot will be around for a long time to come.
