  They have the worst service. We came with a group and we were told 20min wait. They skipped over us a few times and turned a 20min wait in hr and a half wait. Would not recommend if in a group!

  This place is nasty. They don’t even clean the plates properly. Our pizza didn’t have texture and our appetizer was brought out way later than expected. I don’t recommend this place.

  My sisters and I were stuck at the Westfield Southcenter mall after a flight into Seattle while our mom drove up from Oregon, so we killed some of our time having lunch here. They were great to hold our bags for us up front, and they were very polite, but the service was super slow. We had to ask for condiments multiple times and it seemed like there were some issues with communication among staff. The food was good though as usual, so overall not a bad experience.

  Loved it! Great beer, great food!. We spent about 60$ for the three of us, but it was a great experience and we left with leftovers. Great beer, I had the Tatonka Stout, creamy and full. The hefeweizen, was also beautiful and flavorful. Both beers were ice cold and worth every penny. This is a definite return to spot for us! It was a bit loud if you aren’t into the pub atmosphere, or are hard of hearing itcouldbe difficult to hear your waitress but ours was great when I explained I don’t hear well, she made she I understood.

  We gave our leftovers to the homeless man at the stop light, and I feel bad he had to eat that. TERRIBLE FOOD, SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT. I think the owner/management team need to listen to its customers, because this isn’t the first bad review. There’s a reason people say this place sucks, actually, there’s many.

  The best part of our experience was the drinks. The food was mediocre at best. The NY steak was bland, the mashed potatoes were not good, or hot, and the one thing you’d think they could get right- the fries, were mistaken. Asked for skinny fries and received steak fries. Which brings me to the service:1. I asked TWICE to move to a booth (as the restaurant was not busy at all) and neither time was the vacant table cleaned, it took a third remark to get a different staff member to reset the table.2. Our server was too busy flirting with another table of women to provide us with anything near quality service. He brought one drink at a time to start, wasn’t very friendly (to us anyways), forgot two sauces, and (as I mentioned earlier) brought the wrong fries. It seemed clear that our experience was less than adequate, but when the manager came out, she only found the time to talk to a seemingly happy table (of the four that were in the restaurant). Since nobody seemed to care whether we had a good experience, I left the host/manager a note at the front. I would have talked to either in person, but nobody was there to greet us on our way in or out.

  Absolutely Terrible. I have to say, that this is one of the worst places I have ever been to dine. Went once with three friends, then again with a party of 6. On both occasions the server managed to mess up on our food orders, and never once apologized, and was hesitant to fix it. The food is boring and takes forever to get to you. Maybe it’s just not my kind of place, but it definitely left it’s mark as somewhere I won’t try again.
