Great atmosphere and service. I have never eaten at CPK before and was really surprised how nice the decor is. the wait for a table was not long either. I was really surprised that we were apologized for having to wait less than 5 minutes. Our server was very attentive. I started with an appetizer Spicy Chicken Tinga Quesadilla (Lime chicken, Monterey Jack, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, black beans and cilantro, hearth-baked in our pizza oven. Served with housemade ranchito sauce.) It was very good. I wish I had more. Did not try the dip that came with it. my main course meal was Jambalaya Fettuccine (Blackened chicken and shrimp, crawfish, Andouille sausage and Tasso ham in our spicy Cajun sauce.) I would order this dish again. To drink I had the flavored sugar free teas. they have peach and raspberry. I tried both the peach was the best. However tasted a lot sweeter than I prefer.

Good food in a nice atmosphere.. I was in town on business and figured I’d give this place a try. It was nice and clean with a very professional and helpful staff and the pizza was pretty darn good as well. Oredered two pizzas, BBQ Chicken with Bacon and another one with sliced pears and other tasty toppings. I’d give both of them two thumbs up. This is definitely not a pizz hut so if you’re looking for cheap greasy pizza, it’s not for you. Good quality pizza with good quality ingredients. I definitely recommend this.

OK, so I’m NOT usually a fan of the chain type restaurants, but this is one I kinda like. Maybe because when I was a kid we’d go to the original one in L.A. Recently after an afternoon of shopping, we stopped in here and just as I remembered, it was pretty good. Good salad, good pizza, friendly but SLOW service… not busy at all, but somehow it took nearly 1/2 hr from the time we ordered our pizzas until we recieved them- Good thing we split a salad to hold us over! Also, the other thing I don’t like about this place is that you can not find nutritional info ANYWHERE on the web. Supposedly it’s because the different locations use different vendors and products, so therefore they can’t have a blanket nutritional info for all locations, but that’s not good enough for me… Have them listed for each location then! Isn’t there some kind of law now that says chains must have nutritional info available? I’m not going to run out and eat here again, but when at the mall and faced with only chains to choose from, I’ll choose CPK again.
