I’m not sure why this restaurant doesn’t have a higher score, it’s a real gem! The food is amazing and plentiful. I had beef suqaar with rice and chapattis, and the flavours were perfect. They also bring a delicious light goat soup to start.
Discovered Juba after arriving at Seattle airport.(5 min) drive from Seatac. Casual restaurant, good value and service. Filled with African, Caucasian and south Asian customers. Simply a mecca for spicy food.Got the Ethiopian Injera dish with chicken and 3 types of vegies; Large portion enough for 2 persons comes with soup, extra special bread and lemonade.
Been coming for years. Great people – always giving me attention. Awesome food and portions are very generous. Takeouts are usually pretty good.
Heavenly Food. I love finding great and not well known restaurants, but i must admit i had no idea i was walking in to such a great not well known place. with a small sign that says JUBA RESTAURANT, is my new favorite east african cuisine. the free flowing mix drinks, the soulful soup. the RICE!! AND GOAT!! the wonderful service. clean environment. i absolutely loved it and would recommend it to everyone. for the adventurous: try the Camel meat, it will blow your mind how tender and flavourful it is. i will be going back soon…..really soon!
