WTH is in that Chicken?. Ok, so I don’t normally do chain fast food since it’s never worth the calories, is full of freaky bad stuff and never tastes decent or fresh. But BBF and I burned through a lunch hour and then some interviewing a plastic surgeon who might give her a new nose and we were desperately hungry and had a coupon for a free Southwest Chicken Sandwich (cant waste nip-tuck money!!). About 30 min after eating this gummy, juicy, salty concoction and some fries, I felt like crap. Heart palpitations from a sodium overload? Food allergy to any one of the five thousand chemicals in the fake food? Insulin coma from the HFCS? Who knows. Wont do that again. Scary.
