I will no longer step foot into an Olive Garden chain. Their service is horrible! I usually have to wait 15 minutes to ask for a drink. Their food is usually frozen and not well cooked. I ordered shrimp fettuccine alfredo and their noodles were half cooked! I ordered another entre of lobster ravioli and their lobster was frozen! Never again.
One of my favourite places to eat Italian food in the US. Food stays very consistent and good. Portions are rather big and difficult to dinesh for one person. The complimentary bread basket is a plus. Minestrone soup was good and so was the Alfredo fettuccine.
