Truthfully I would give this place 3.5 stars. Potato Corner does indeed seem to be a franchise which fits in with the Mall atmosphere but it is a smaller one and one I never heard about until recently.The variety of how you like your potatoes turned into french fries is interesting. You can get your potatoes shoe string style, curly fries style and even get sweet potato fries here. I believe that there were a few other options there too. The sizes come in three. You can get an enormous bucket of fries which is best to share with friends and two smaller sizes below that. I got the smaller size and it was perfect for just a snack.You can pick from several different kinds of seasonings. I got the Spicy BBQ I believe. My choice for the fries were the curly ones. I wanted to have something like Arby’s curly fries and more or less recreated it pretty well with the options I picked.The seasoning that is put on the fries is powder which is ok. It is fast food after all and probably shouldn’t expect freshly chopped spices cooked into the potatoes.All in all my visit to Potato Corner wasn’t bad. The tables that you sit at in front of the food stand could have stood a cleaning but I think that was more up to mall management to do that.
